TRIP
COST:
$2,645 for each of the 12 day trips includes meals, double
occupancy lodging, airport pick up and return, local transportation,
services of an experienced guide, group excursions. Not included:
airfare to and from Costa Rica, additional excursions, extended
stays, accident, medical or trip cancellation insurance, snacks,
alcoholic beverages, or items of a personal nature. Please
find my (our) deposit check made payable to Journey Weavers
in the amount of $350 per person. Balance will be due 60 days
prior to the starting date. You can decide on trip extensions
later.

Cancellation Fee Policy:
If a cancellation is made 91 or more days before trip start, 20% of total price; 61 - 90 days before, 35% of total price; 31 - 60 days before, 40% of total price; 21 - 30 days before, 60% of total price; 0-20 days before, no refund. We recommend purchase of travel insurance.

Tour Policies:
Changes to trip itineraries are sometimes necessary. We reserve
the right to make these changes without penalty as deemed
necessary for the smooth and safe operation of the trip. If
major changes to the itinerary are made prior to the trip,
participants will be notified and may cancel reservations
without penalty. All efforts are made not to cancel the tour
prior to the scheduled date, but if necessary a complete refund
of monies paid will constitute a full settlement to the participant.
We highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. For convenience,
we have partnered with Travel Insured International and can process
